Adjusted operating profit rose 14.9% to €1,003.4 million, with margin at 21.0% of sales; operating profit up 14.7% to €931.0 million.
Net profit attributable to the Group increased by 8.7% to €628.1 million, representing 13.2% of sales.
Free cash flow totaled €501.6 million, up 7.2% year-over-year, representing 10.5% of sales.
Net debt to EBITDA ratio stood at 1.5 at June 30, 2025, with net financial debt at €3,294.0 million.
Outlook and guidance
Full-year 2025 sales growth (ex-FX) now targeted at 10–12% (previously 6–10%), with organic growth of 5–7% and acquisitions contributing about 5%.
