Strategy and performance

• Core categories now generate over 70% of revenue; FY26 revenue growth was 19% for OLX Core versus a 9% peer median, or 10 pts above peers.

• Adjusted EBITDA margin rose from 28% in FY24 to 48% in FY26, a 20-pt expansion.

• FY26 contributed 38% of ecosystem profit and generated ~ $400m of dividends, including cash extraction and loan repayment related to La Centrale.

• La Centrale was acquired and integrated in France; exits included Bosnia and Herzegovina and Uzbekistan, while the Kazakhstan sale was progressing through closing.

AI platform and network effects

• More than $200m has been invested in AI since 2018; the platform has 85+ live ML/AI use cases, 14 agentic solutions and 6.1k+ internal AI agents deployed.

• AI traffic represented 1.3% of visits and directed users to OLX; agentic products scaled across all three verticals, and AI is delivering a 2x return in monetisation.

• One AI platform is shared across brands; intent-based CRM routes users between verticals, with over 20% of vertical leads coming from horizontal traffic, up 6.3% YoY.

• Small bets include 681 A/B tests annually and recommendations 276% better than seven years ago; 25% of Polish dealers use AutoIQ monthly.

Motors and real estate

• In Motors, 80% of listings are created with AI; 126k monthly users use agentic search in Poland, with 76% positive feedback.

• AutoIQ is available to 100% of dealers in Poland and Portugal, with 25% using it monthly; AI-made videos are included in dealer bundles and financing is expanding from Poland to all markets.

• Motors revenue grew 20% YoY in FY26, with $429m revenue and a 59% EBITDA margin; FY26 includes La Centrale for Dec 2025–Mar 2026.

• Real estate AI cuts listing-post time by 50%; 20% of private sellers on Otodom already use Agentic Selling, which guides them from valuation to posting.

• Real estate revenue grew 22% YoY in FY26, with $185m revenue and a 46% EBITDA margin.
