Select Energy Services, Inc., an oilfield services company, provides water management and chemical solutions to the onshore oil and gas industry in the United States. The Company's Water Management Services segment manages the production of water from used drilling fluid, produced waters, and waste by centrifuging or filtering UDF before it is disposed of in accordance with certain governmental groundwater protection regulations. Its Chemical Solutions segment provides formation evaluation and stimulation material for its clients primarily in the Permian Basin, Mid-Continent region, Appalachian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale that are used to increase production of crude oil by stimulating subterranean formations such as rock fractures. Select Energy Services, Inc. was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
