Achieved solid growth and market share gains across all four business segments in 2HY, driven by successful product launches and strong performance in Hearing Instruments and Audiological Care.

Financial highlights
Group sales reached CHF 3,865m, up 7.6% in local currencies and 6.6% in CHF; organic growth was 6.4% in LC.
Adjusted EBITA was CHF 808m, up 7.4% in LC and 4.7% in CHF; margin at 20.9%.
Adjusted EPS rose to CHF 10.81, up 10.6% in LC and 7.4% in CHF.
Operating free cash flow increased 7.2% YoY to CHF 578m.
Net debt/EBITDA ratio improved to 1.2x, within the target range.
Outlook and guidance
FY 2025/26 sales growth expected at 5–9% in LC, with normalized EBITA growth of 14–18% in LC (adjusted EBITA growth of 11–15% in LC).
Global hearing care market projected to grow 1–3%, below historical rates due to macroeconomic and trade policy headwinds.
Currency headwinds expected to reduce reported growth by 4–6 percentage points.
Expect continued market share gains, supported by new product launches and improved cost structure.
Pricing expected to be slightly positive in H1, flattish in H2; meaningful price increase in VA contract factored in.
