Executive summary
H1 FY27 performance was in line with Board expectations, with continued revenue and profit growth supported by net inflows and positive investment performance.
Total AUM / I, including 8AM Global, rose 15.5% to £27.968bn at 30 September 2026.
Financial highlights
Investment performance added £2.415bn to AUM in H1 FY27; organic net inflows added £1.004bn, versus £1.352bn in H1 FY26, excluding inflows related to a cancelled contract.
Average net inflows were £167m per month in H1 FY27, compared with £234m per month in FY26.
Outlook and guidance
H2 FY27 net inflow guidance remains £200m–£250m per month, with confidence supported by the near-term pipeline and increased Q2 consolidation activity.
Full-year Board expectations are unchanged; the £30bn AUM / I target for FY29 is expected to be achieved ahead of schedule.
