Investor update summary
19 Oct, 2026Product approach and roadmap
Product development is iterative, evidence-based and customer-centric, using ~7-week cycles and independently releasable work packages to get MVPs to users early and gather feedback.
Feedback is gathered continuously through product, support and customer success channels, user interviews and usability tests; priorities consider pain-point severity, urgency, customer reach and strategic fit.
Control triggering has a working prototype being tested with select customers; AI-related work remains at the prototyping stage, with compliance considerations and no default enablement.
ERP integration emerged as the leading integration priority in the attendee poll.
Dashboard and Q2 releases
The first administrator dashboard version centralizes control performance, program-level results and latest activity; access and displayed data follow users’ program rights and roles.
Dashboard time filters cover the current and previous month; plans include filters for programs and tagged controls, plus additional reporting periods.
Q2 releases added immediate control dispatch for ad hoc or one-off procedures and public API access to first- and second-reviewer task answers.
Report overview column and search settings persist on return; document preview now supports data sheet tasks, including PDFs and images.
Control testing
Control testing supports structured tests linked to internal testing policies and different sampling methods; general availability was targeted for end of July, as an add-on.
Further development priorities include more sampling flexibility, closer integration with reporting, clearer visual scheduling and efficient bulk workflows.
Attendee feedback indicated many still use spreadsheets for control testing, while some do not yet perform it.
