Entity Management now gives local entity owners access to dashboards and reports, reducing reliance on global admins for routine changes.
Users can tailor noncritical Impero emails; critical emails will still be sent.
Impero Assist adds an AI summary of residual risk after mitigation plans; summaries may contain errors and are intended as a starting point.
The activities page now supports entity users, entity filters, customizable columns, faster filtering and search, personalized reminders, and self-service unarchiving.
Control Health
Control Health shows an activity’s lifecycle and friction, adding context beyond its current status and helping users spot issues before activities become overdue or close.
Friction signals cover completion-cycle events, including rejections and reopens, and punctuality, including who or what caused an overdue activity; both dimensions indicate high friction.
The activity table’s Health column can be sorted; its timeline records events, due dates, and bottlenecks at each stage, supporting earlier intervention.
Control Health describes what happened, not whether it was good or bad; users interpret the context, since review back-and-forth can improve outcomes.
Upcoming capabilities
A planned Control Health dashboard will track activity performance over time and surface patterns and bottlenecks by entity, program, or tag.
A planned public API endpoint will let external systems pull evidence files attached to control activities.
Due-date postponement is planned for active and reopened activities, with changes recorded and attributed; admins manage it, and the feature defaults off.
Work is underway on connecting Impero to external AI clients such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, enabling queries and workflow actions; AI output should be checked rather than trusted outright.
