Corporate presentation summary
29 Oct, 2026Q3 performance and outlook
Q3 adjusted EBITDA was $543M, down from $577M in Q2, mainly on lower realized methanol prices; higher sales volumes partially offset the decline. Costs increased QoQ.
Q4 adjusted EBITDA was expected to be higher, primarily on an October-November average realized price of $525-$550/MT versus $510/MT in Q3; produced sales were expected to be similar.
FY2026 production guidance was ~9,000 KMT of methanol and ~300 KMT of ammonia, including a full year of OCI ownership.
Integration and synergy realization were on track to be substantially complete by end-2026.
Market outlook
Global methanol demand was forecast to grow at ~3% CAGR over the next five years; 2026 demand was forecast at ~100M MT.
Demand growth and limited capacity additions point to a projected 2-4 MMT supply shortfall over the five-year outlook; market balancing may require demand rationalization and/or higher operating rates.
Limited firm additions were expected in the Atlantic market; greenfield projects typically take 4-5 years from FID to commercial production.
Methanol demand spans traditional chemicals, energy-related uses and MTO; emerging marine-fuel demand adds potential upside.
Portfolio and operating capabilities
~75% of operating capacity was in North America on a pro forma basis, with low-cost regional gas exposure, reliable operations and exits from structurally challenged assets.
North American assets represented 67% of methanol production on a TTM Q3-26 basis, up from 9% in 2011; Titan was indefinitely idled in Q3 2026.
Global capabilities included production and sales in major regions, ~30 marine vessels, 25 leased terminals and ~20% share of the internationally traded market.
The fleet included 19 methanol dual-fuel vessels; 130+ methanol vessels were operating or on order in 2026.
