Investor update summary
7 Oct, 2026Transformation and market focus
Lidar 2.0 centers on a broader portfolio, lower lidar costs, expanded end markets and a stronger team; Scantinel and Luminar acquisitions expanded the portfolio.
Focus spans industrial, security, defense, robotics, aerial applications, AI data centers, photonic interconnects and intelligent infrastructure alongside automotive.
Non-automotive markets contribute a growing share of revenue and offer near-term opportunities, with many having shorter deployment or sales cycles than automotive programs.
Commercial strategy and traction
Long-term agreements in the U.S. and Europe, purchase orders and shipments across industrial, security and defense are improving demand visibility and building repeat business.
IRIS is gaining traction in industrial off-road and defense; its 1550 nm sensing is invisible to night vision goggles. HALO targets long-range sensing, while MOVIA S, MOVIA Air and Air Plus serve robotics, industrial and aerial applications.
Commercial activity includes Robinson Unmanned, AI data center photonics, MSI advanced photonics, IRIS defense deployments, an APAC autonomous mobility pilot and a perception platform launch at IAA Transportation.
Priorities include qualifying opportunities, converting them to purchase orders, delivering on time and building repeatable revenue; deploying sensor technologies across applications can reduce reliance on any one customer, program or vertical.
Revenue outlook
Reaffirmed FY2026 revenue guidance of $10M-$15M; revenue is projected to double in 2027, supported by inventory and pipelines across industrial, defense, security, intelligent infrastructure and other markets.
