Pantheon 2026 summary
6 Oct, 2026AI transition and maturity
Trades are adopting AI earlier than they adopted cloud; the keynote cited $1T in big-tech AI investment this year and projected more than $10T over the coming decade.
The five-level model moves from asking AI and automating workflows to coordinating workflows and learning from outcomes; value was described as rising exponentially at each level.
Residential service operations span demand generation, booking, sales, field work, inventory and payroll, then analysis and optimization; leads, booking rate and average ticket drive revenue.
Time and speed constrain teams from consistently optimizing marketing, booking, dispatch, sales and coaching; automation is intended to let leaders focus on outcomes and technicians on customers.
Agents and coordinated operations
The keynote described 30 specialized agents across key residential-service workflows, including calls, texts, web booking, marketing, dispatch, proposals, estimate follow-up and technician coaching.
Independent agents can conflict over technician capacity, marketing spend and customer attention, creating an effectiveness tax from missed value and an overhead tax from staff resolving conflicts.
A coordination system aligns agents around durable profit through shared context and judgment, coordinated action, arbitration by expected value and cost, and centralized supervision.
Closed-loop learning ties outcomes to the decisions that produced them, refining assumptions and judgments so future decisions improve; this is the level-five, self-improving model.
Max and business impact
Max was presented as a self-running, self-improving business system with one company brain and specialized agents; it automates 18 key business drivers and provides a command center for configuration, metrics and actions.
An illustrative model increased leads, booking rate and average ticket by 10% each: revenue rose from $4.8M to $6.4M, while assumed profit margin rose from 10% to 15% and profit from $480K to $960K.
In that illustration, revenue increased 33% while profit doubled; the keynote linked the leverage to added revenue outpacing proportional cost growth.
Customers can adopt the agentic operating system and agents piece by piece, use third-party agents, or build their own; Max bundles all 30 agents, all Pro products and a dedicated specialist for setup.
Max was expected to reach 700 locations by fiscal year-end; additional agents, particularly for the back office, were planned, with Max sessions for commercial, construction, roofing and property-care businesses.
