Corporate Presentation summary
10 Nov, 2025Strategic vision and market positioning
Aims to become a leading low-cost, sustainable U.S. lithium producer with near-term commercial-scale production in Arkansas and Texas, leveraging innovative direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology and strong partnerships.
Focuses on projects in regions with established infrastructure, skilled workforce, and proximity to key battery supply chains, providing a strategic advantage for domestic supply.
U.S. lithium demand is projected to double by 2030, with a significant supply gap and strong government support for domestic production.
Project portfolio and resource highlights
South West Arkansas (SWA) Project targets first commercial production in 2028, with initial capacity of 22,500 tpa lithium carbonate and a 20+ year operating life.
SWA Project has a total resource of 1.5Mt LCE, average grade of 481 mg/L, and is supported by a $225 million DOE grant.
East Texas (Franklin Project) holds a maiden inferred resource of 2.2Mt LCE at an average 668 mg/L, with potential for 100,000+ tpa LCE production across three projects.
Smackover Formation offers some of the highest lithium brine concentrations in North America, with extensive infrastructure and over 60 years of continuous brine extraction operations.
Technology and operational de-risking
Commercial-scale demonstration plant using Aquatech’s Lithium Selective Sorption (LSS) DLE technology has processed 35 million gallons of brine since 2020, achieving >95% lithium recovery and >99% contaminant rejection.
Field tests at SWA exceeded key performance criteria, confirming engineering design and underpinning the project’s feasibility study.
License agreement with Aquatech includes technology performance guarantees and regional exclusivity for the Smackover.
