Resource growth and project scale

• Green Bay Project hosts 50.4Mt @ 2.0% CuEq (863kt Cu, 546koz Au) in M&I and 29.3Mt @ 2.5% CuEq (566kt Cu, 563koz Au) inferred, with a high-grade core zone of 8.8Mt @ 3.9% CuEq M&I and 10.9Mt @ 3.8% CuEq inferred.

• Rapid resource growth since acquisition, with M&I at Ming growing 121% in two years, now 67% of the MRE.

• Multiple copper and gold zones remain open, with ongoing drilling and significant exploration upside.

• Dominant land position in a major VMS mineral district, with over 300 regional geophysical targets.

High-grade drilling results and exploration

• Recent drilling highlights include intercepts such as 70.8m @ 4.0% CuEq, 53.3m @ 4.1% CuEq, and 25.7m @ 7.8% CuEq, confirming continuity of the high-grade core zone.

• Infill drilling is increasing M&I resources, critical for reserve conversion and feasibility studies.

• Six underground drill rigs operating 24/7, with over 371,000m drilled to date and further step-out and discovery drilling planned.

• Downhole geophysics and new discovery drilling targeting parallel and deeper zones.
