Executive summary

• Q2 net sales rose 35.6% YoY to ¥48,947 million and EBITDA increased 80.3% to ¥10,368 million, with growth across Sports, Lifestyle and Digital Entertainment.

• H1 net sales rose 42.4% to ¥96,020 million; EBITDA increased 98.2% to ¥19,005 million and attributable profit more than doubled to ¥9,878 million.

• Domestic core businesses performed well, while overseas growth and execution remain priorities.

Financial highlights

• Q2 operating income was ¥7,153 million, up 57.7% YoY; ordinary income was ¥6,417 million, up 23.6%, and attributable profit was ¥4,053 million, up 16.2%.

• H1 operating income was ¥12,582 million, up 74.4%; ordinary income was ¥12,070 million, up 67.3%, and basic EPS was ¥151.53 versus ¥72.91.

• FY2027 dividend forecast remains ¥155 per share: ¥60 interim and ¥95 year-end; MONSTER STRIKE and other services peak around New Year, with results to be assessed before forecast reevaluation.

• Sale of all bitbank shares closed October 1, 2026; the expected H1–9M FY2027 extraordinary gain is ¥12,581 million.
