Project overview and location

• Developing a major gold project in Central Otago, New Zealand, targeting first gold in 2026.

• Project is 90km west of Macraes, on private freehold farmland with strong infrastructure and skilled labor access.

• 30-year mining permit granted, securing key resource areas and legal rights to mine.

• Land agreements in place, including road relocations and community benefit initiatives.

Resource and reserve estimates

• Total mineral resource of 2.34Moz at 2.1g/t Au, with 2.08Moz at RAS and additional resources at CIT and SRX.

• Maiden ore reserve of 15Mt at 2.58g/t Au for 1,242koz, with 10.5Mt open pit and 3.2Mt underground at RAS.

• 93% of production target is Indicated Resource, 7% Inferred, with ongoing resource extension drilling.

• Major RAS extension drilling has increased orebody length to 2.15km, open at depth.

Mining and processing plans

• Open pit mining planned at 1.2Mtpa for 13.8 years, producing over 1Moz Au at 2.53g/t.

• Underground mining for 7 years, targeting 316koz at 2.66g/t, with long hole stoping and paste fill.

• Processing via simple CIL plant, 1.2–1.8Mtpa, with 93% gold recovery and six phases of metallurgical testing completed.
