H1 revenue rose 9.3% YoY to XOF 1,049.8bn; EBITDAal increased 11.6% and net income 10.5%.

Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue was XOF 1,049.8bn versus XOF 960.2bn in S1 2025, up 9.3% YoY.
EBITDAal was XOF 510.8bn, up 11.6% YoY; consolidated net income was XOF 230.0bn, up 10.5%.
Operating profit reached XOF 362.5bn versus XOF 334.1bn; net income attributable to owners was XOF 189.3bn versus XOF 172.2bn.
Operating cash flow was XOF 356.8bn, up 0.9% YoY; free cash flow was XOF 180.4bn, up 16.9%.
Outlook and guidance
H2 2026 strategy targets profitable growth amid strong commercial momentum and sustained competitive and regulatory pressure.
Priorities include fiber, 4G and 5G license infrastructure; growth in Mobile Data, Orange Money and Fixed Broadband; and disciplined expenses and investment.
Plans also include AI adoption in customer experience and internal processes, support for Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, and stronger subsidiary synergies.
