• Obtained SOC 2, Type 2 attestation and launched a new visual identity in May 2026.

• Secured a US patent for a communication widget and acquired the livechat.ai domain in June 2026.

• Released integration with Klaviyo and launched on Google Cloud Marketplace in July 2026.

Financial performance and KPIs

• Q1 2026/27 revenue in USD grew 2.1% y/y to $22.61m; PLN revenue fell 1.9% y/y due to FX impact.

• MRR reached $7.46m (+7.6% QoQ, +4% YoY); ARR at $89.52m.

• Payments received rose 10.8% y/y to $24.19m; future revenues (liabilities) hit PLN 77.2m.

• Net profit for Q1 was PLN 29.1m, down 6.2% y/y but up 2% q/q.

• Gross profit margin recovered, but other margins dipped due to one-off sales restructuring costs.

Customer and product metrics

• Customers with MRR ≥ $500 now generate over 55% of MRR, up from 45% a year ago.

• Multiproduct customers account for nearly 40% of MRR, up 5pp y/y.

• LiveChat remains the main revenue driver (83.3% of FY 2025/26 revenue), but HelpDesk and ChatBot are growing faster.
