AGM 2025 presentation summary
5 Oct, 2026AGM and governance
Formal business covered the FY25 financial statements, remuneration report, Mark Tomlinson’s re-election, replacement of the constitution and a Listing Rule 7.1A mandate.
The proposed 7.1A mandate would permit equity issues of up to 10% of issued capital, subject to the Listing Rule formula and stated conditions.
Portfolio and exploration
FY25 priorities included rationalising non-core southern WA and Pilbara tenements, focusing on Bald Hill East, Cat Camp and Fraser South, and maintaining no debt; cash was $0.824M at FY25 year-end and $565k at 30 September 2025.
Fraser South approvals progressed, with CMP approval, a completed heritage survey and a granted POW; drilling preparations targeted H1 2026. Bald Hill East and Cat Camp drilling remained subject to approvals.
Bald Hill East, 2 km from a mine hosting 26.5Mt @ 1% Li₂O, targets a mineralised corridor extension; heritage processes continued.
Neds Creek copper opportunity
The proposed acquisition is a 49% interest in 13 Neds Creek exploration tenements via Stanifer, with an option to acquire the remaining 51%; the project is near WA’s De Grussa and Monty mines and Thaduna and Green Dragon deposits.
The project covers 1,140 km² and has nine high-priority targets; Ricci Lee is prioritised for resource-definition drilling, while other prospects include Enigma, Rooneys and Green Dragon targets.
Ricci Lee has copper mineralisation defined over 500 m strike and 200 m depth, open laterally and at depth; drilling planned for 2026 will test resource potential and strike repetitions.
Enigma drilling outlined a shallow copper oxide blanket across a ~4 km by 1.5 km area; historical intercepts include 63 m @ 1.1% Cu and 29 m @ 1.1% Cu.
