5 Oct, 2026Transaction and portfolio
Proposed acquisition of a 49% interest in 13 Murchison Copper Belt tenements, with an exclusive option to acquire the remaining 51%.
The tenements cover 1,140 km²; nine high-priority targets have been identified, including advanced Ricci Lee. Twelve applications are pending heritage agreements; one tenement is granted.
Consideration includes 14% scrip and a carry of Stanifer through its next $500,000 of expenditure; the proposed $3.75m placement is subject to shareholder approval.
Placement terms: 150m shares at $0.025, a 16.67% discount to the 15-day VWAP; estimated post-transaction cash is $4.315m before placement costs.
Copper exploration targets
Ricci Lee mineralisation is defined over 500m strike and 200m depth, remains open laterally and at depth, and is the first priority for resource-definition drilling in 2026.
Historic Ricci Lee RC results include 10m at 5.12% Cu, 5m at 6.41% Cu and 7m at 3.48% Cu; no follow-up drilling was undertaken after the 2010–2013 program.
Enigma has a shallow copper oxide footprint interpreted over ~4km by 1.5km; historical results include 63m at 1.1% Cu from 90m and 29m at 1.1% Cu from 82m.
Rooneys, Green Dragon East, Limestone Bore and Copper Mine Road have reported ore-grade intersections; targets include structurally controlled copper prospects along the Thaduna and Green Dragon corridors.
Extensive drilling and geophysical data will feed machine-learning target generation and ranking, including work to assess Enigma’s mineralisation controls and identify further targets.
Work program and funding
Target mapping and ranking are planned for Q4 2025–Q1 2026; heritage agreements and pre-drill surveys precede resource-definition and exploration drilling from Q2 2026.
Planned project expenditure totals $2.19m, including $1.5m for drilling; total use of funds is $4.315m, with 73% budgeted for in-ground work.
The proposed transaction timetable sets shareholder approval for 12 January 2026 and completion for 14 January 2026.
