General Meeting 2026 presentation summary
5 Oct, 2026Meeting resolutions
Seven resolutions covered ratification of 17,269,399 shares issued to Core Value Australia NL, approval for up to 17,269,399 further shares to Core Value Australia NL, and up to 144.2 million placement shares.
Tranche 2 approvals covered up to 2 million shares for Catherine Norman, 3 million for Mark Tomlinson and 800,000 for Graeme Purcell.
Approval was sought to issue up to 5 million options to BW Equities Pty Ltd.
Proxy figures included 82.60% for and 17.40% open on Resolutions 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7; Resolution 3 showed 99.09% for and 0.91% against.
Neds Creek copper opportunity
Acquired a 49% interest in 13 Neds Creek exploration tenements, with an exclusive option to acquire the remaining 51%; tenements cover 1,140 km².
The project lies near De Grussa, Monty, Thaduna and Green Dragon; nine high-priority targets were identified, including advanced Ricci Lee.
Targets include sediment-hosted, structurally controlled copper prospects; Rooneys, East Green Dragon, Limestone Bore and Copper Mine Road have reported ore-grade intersections.
Drill and geophysical datasets are being integrated with machine-learning tools to generate and rank targets.
Ricci Lee drilling focus
Ricci Lee is hosted in the Thaduna Formation, 2 km southwest of Thaduna; historic drilling defined copper mineralisation over 500 m strike and to 200 m depth, open laterally and at depth.
Historic intersections include 10 m at 5.12% Cu, 5 m at 6.41% Cu and 7 m at 3.48% Cu; no follow-up drilling was reported after the 2010–2013 RC program.
Thaduna, cited as an analogue, has a reported resource of 5.5 Mt at 2.2% Cu for 119 kt Cu and 829 koz Ag.
Priority program plans 35 RC holes for 5,500 m, following heritage protection agreements and surveys; drilling is planned to support resource definition and test extensions.
