AGM 2026 presentation summary
12 Oct, 2026Transaction and portfolio
On completion of the Core Value/Sandfire transaction, ownership will include the Thaduna and Green Dragon deposits on granted Mining Leases and ~1,378 km² of exploration tenements in the Murchison Copper Belt.
Sandfire Resources will hold ~6.2%; transaction consideration equates to ~ $72 per contained tonne of copper, using the stated calculation basis.
Post-transaction capital structure: 446.0M shares and 81.9M options; share price $0.18, market cap $52.3M and cash $2.4M, based on the presentation’s cited dates.
Existing copper resources
Thaduna resource: 4.1 Mt at 2.5% Cu for 103 kt contained Cu; mineralisation extends to >600m vertical depth and remains open at depth.
Green Dragon resource: 1.2 Mt at 1.5% Cu for 18 kt contained Cu; multiple lodes extend to >200m vertical depth and remain open at depth.
Combined Thaduna and Green Dragon resource: 5.3 Mt at 2.3% Cu for 121 kt contained Cu.
Drill targets include Thaduna resource margins and down-dip extensions, plus Green Dragon extensions at depth and along its structural corridor.
Ricci Lee drilling
Completed 46 RC holes for 7,364m in Aug–Sep 2026; drilling tested 640m of strike and ~220m vertically, defining the Main Lode and a parallel Hanging-Wall Lode in the north.
High-grade copper was reported in 28 of 34 RC holes; results improved understanding of mineralisation and support resource potential.
Southern results include 10m at 3.60% Cu, including 6m at 5.57%, and 10m at 2.78%, including 8m at 3.33%.
Northern results include Main Lode 22m at 3.05% Cu, including 9m at 6.86%, and Hanging-Wall Lode 10m at 1.81%, including 3m at 4.96%.
Main Lode high-grade mineralisation extends over >400m strike and >200m vertical depth; remaining assays and modelling will guide resource estimation and further drilling.
