Executive summary
Revenue for FY25-26 H1 reached Rs. 60.74 crores, up 58% year-over-year from Rs. 38.44 crores.
EBITDA increased 59% to Rs. 13.81 crores, with EBITDA margin stable at 22.7%.
PAT rose 63% to Rs. 8.21 crores, and EPS improved to Rs. 7.83 from Rs. 6.55.
Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, were approved and reviewed without qualification by auditors.
100% of FY25-26 target revenue and 59% of FY26-27 target revenue already contracted.

Total assets increased to Rs. 176.87 crores from Rs. 137.07 crores year-over-year.

Expected revenue CAGR over the next 3 years is projected at 25% to 30%.
The company is now operating in two divisions (CVM and Estel) post-acquisition, with segment reporting aligned accordingly.
