Investor presentation summary
5 Oct, 2026Portfolio consolidation
Nov 2025 acquisition secured a 49% interest in 1,100 km² of Neds Creek tenure; a June 2026 proposal would add the remaining 51%, Thaduna and Green Dragon deposits, and complementary tenements.
On completion, the acquisitions would consolidate ~1,378 km² across the Murchison Copper Belt and give full ownership of Neds Creek; Sandfire Resources would hold ~6.2% and Adrian Griffin would join the board.
Post-transaction capital structure: 446.0M shares and 81.9M options; pre-transaction market cap $17.4M and cash $2.4M, with no debt.
Proposed transaction cost equates to ~ $72/t of contained copper, calculated using the 25 June 2026 closing share price and consideration shares plus $100K.
Copper resources and project potential
Thaduna and Green Dragon have a combined JORC resource of 5.3 Mt at 2.3% Cu for 121 kt contained copper; Thaduna accounts for 4.1 Mt at 2.5% Cu for 103 kt, and Green Dragon 1.2 Mt at 1.5% Cu for 18 kt.
Both deposits are sediment-hosted copper systems in brittle fault zones; Thaduna is open at depth, while Green Dragon is open down dip and may extend west along plunge.
Neds Creek targets structurally controlled, sediment-hosted epigenetic copper in the northern Yerrida Basin, with potential for stratigraphically controlled mineralisation and basin-scale growth.
Six high-priority targets have been identified from historic exploration; Ricci Lee is the most advanced and the initial resource-definition focus.
Exploration and drilling
Ricci Lee mineralisation extends over 500 m of strike and 200 m of depth, remains open laterally and at depth, and includes historic intersections such as 10 m at 5.12% Cu and 5 m at 6.41% Cu.
A 2026 Ricci Lee program of 35 RC holes for 5,500 m commenced in August to test up-dip, down-dip and strike extensions and establish mineralisation controls.
Rooneys is the second-priority H2 target, with planned RC testing of 200 m of potential strike and AC drilling to test strike and additional structures; previous results include 14 m at 3.87% Cu.
Blockley, Ward, Mueller and Limestone Bore have planned AC programs to test structural orientations, continuity and mineralisation; historic results include 4 m at 3.57% Cu at Blockley and 8 m at 2.72% Cu at Ward.
Historic datasets are being integrated into machine-learning models for target generation and ranking; planned work includes integrating Thaduna and Green Dragon resources and planning a 2027 drill program.
