Financial highlights
Consolidated revenue for Q1 FY26 was INR 449.3–452.74 million, up 63.6% YoY.
Adjusted EBITDA grew 112% YoY to INR 94.7 million, with margin improving from 16.3% to 21.1%.
Profit after tax rose to INR 38.9 million, up 10.8% YoY; excluding non-cash amortization, PAT was INR 63.7 million, up 81.5% YoY.
Basic EPS (consolidated) for Q1 FY26 was INR 0.34–0.35; ROE rose 140 bps to 20.7%; RoTE up 550 bps to 23.9%.
Annual Recurring Revenue reached INR 1,797.4 million, up 63.6% YoY.
